Founded in 2014, Victory Chimp is a growing independent cycling and outdoor clothing brand. Victory Chimp is located at Sperrin View Business Park, Maghera. Just off the Glenshane Road and equidistant from Belfast and Derry.

We are looking for a motivated, organised and friendly individual to join our office team as Part-Time Admin & Marketing Assistant. This is an in-person role, incorporating customer service and hands-on order fulfilment tasks. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in our office, shop and warehouse as well as providing support to the marketing team.

This is a diverse role providing broad opportunities for progression within a growing independent brand.

Duties will include:



- Supporting the sales and marketing team to grow online sales through numerous channels

- Ensuring customer reviews, images and any other UGC content is kept up to date on our site

- Producing social media video content

- Managing social media accounts

- Liaising with photographers, models and coordinating product and lifestyle photoshoots

- Managing brand ambassador, customer loyalty and afiliate programmes

- Ensuring product listings, key attributes and product images are kept up to date with continuous improvements

- Ensuring product key search words are updated and relevant

- Adding new listings

- Producing product videos

- Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date

- Retail shop sales duties and restocking

- Picking and packing online retail orders

- Receiving and processing customer returns and exchanges

- Responding to customer queries via email and online messaging channels, providing product information, sizing guidance, and other order assistance.

- Key-holding duties

- Ad-hoc tasks as decided by a director

The successful candidate will:



- Ideally, but not essentially, have at least 1 year experience in a similar ecommerce / digital marketing position working preferably on the Shopify platform

- Ideally have experience in compiling blogs, producing videos, be social media savvy, have knowledge of increasing search engine rankings (SEO), email marketing, production of relevant ads and PPC campaigns.

- Ideally be able to use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites

- Possess drive, self-motivation and a willingness to learn and progress

- Have excellent communication and analytical skills, be highly organised, focused and have the ability to work unsupervised

- Be able to work under pressure and be good at multi-tasking

- Results driven

- Be hardworking, reliable and punctual

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent reading, numeracy and accuracy skills

- Ideally be proficient in Excel

- Ideally be proficient in Photoshop or similar

- Ability to meet physical demands: The role involves the physical demands of customer order fulfilment, including standing and/or walking for part of the day; lifting and moving products and boxes; lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching; and manual dexterity of both hands and wrists.

Package/Benefits:



- Starting salary of 24,000 pro rata
