Apprentice Research Apprenticeship (Financial Services Administration)
Salary: 8.23 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours a week)
Location: Support Office in Chorley

We are looking for a hard working and passionate apprentice to join our growing research team in our Support office in Chorley.

Main duties and responsibilities
:
Communicating with providers by email and telephone
Keeping paperwork tidy and organised
Answer enquires in person, by phone and by email
Open the post, scan and upload to the client database
Clerical work including photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
Using different software to obtain and collate information
Complete data capture forms with provider's over the phone
Populating client recommendation letters

Knowledge and Experience
Good standard of numeracy and literacy - including Maths and English (Grade A to C or equivalent)
Computer literate - able to use Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
Important Notes about the role
The hours of work will be 9am -5pm Monday to Friday.
A successful 6 month probationary period must be completed.
Team work is a key element within this role as the candidate will need the ability to follow instructions given by their team and their colleagues.
