Administration Assistant - Accounts and Procurement Team
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Procurement Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and has a keen eye for accuracy when handling invoices and purchase orders.
This is a part time role consisting of 20 - 25 hours a week across 3 - 5 days
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the invoices mailbox in Outlook, ensuring all supplier emails are processed efficiently.
Input direct invoices accurately into Xero accounting software.
Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and enter them in Procore.
Investigate and resolve invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams.
Raise and issue purchase orders in line with company procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the office team.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
About You:
Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (experience with Xero and/or Procore is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
