Beechcroft Motors is looking for a motivated and organised
Administration Assistant
to support our Sales Manager in the smooth running of daily dealership operations. This role will start on a
part-time basis
, with the opportunity to move into a
full-time position
as the business continues to grow.
Role Overview:
You'll play a key role in keeping our sales and after-sales workflow running efficiently. This is a varied position involving customer communication, administrative support, and managing online listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and posting vehicle adverts across multiple sales platforms
Submitting and managing warranty claims
Assisting with customer enquiries via email and telephone
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting our Sales Manager with day-to-day operational tasks
General admin duties to ensure smooth dealership operations
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills (phone & email)
Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Previous admin or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
