Our growing company needs a reliable, organised Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent customer communication skills.
Assistant responsibilities
Answer four-line phone system and direct calls as required
Build and maintain a customer call list
Take orders & Process them over the phone & E-mail
Promote and sell products for extra work incentives
Maintain filing and storage systems in the office
Maintain office supply inventory
Retrieve documents and files when requested
Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
Skills/Qualifications
Good Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Being able to be Self-motivated and work well within a team
Full training of our in-house computer system will be given to the successful candidate. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
