Background
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the firms Claimant Records team.
The role
Our claimant records team will handle all records requests for our Individual Services Division as a central administration function.
Reporting into the Records Administration Team Leader your duties will include:
Contact external sources regarding records requests,
Chasing record requests where necessary
Monitoring the progress of all records requests
Update client files and relevant database accordingly
General administration
Assist other departments in line with business needs when required
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a client/customer service
Competent user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Previous experience and knowledge of medical records is desirable but not essential
