We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us to provide effective administrative support service to our Development Team.

The role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide a range of comprehensive administrative support ranging from the maintenance and upkeep filing systems, ordering goods and services, assisting with enquiries regarding the sale of new homes and maintain / analysing information for the Development Team.

You will ensure the QL Management system is kept up to date check that all work undertaken, and services provided are compliant with the data protection legislation.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive range of administrative experience, be highly self-motivated and be good with using Microsoft office products such as Word and Excel.

You will have the ability to communicate at all levels with colleagues and customers, face to face or by telephone and have the ability to work under pressure and to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. You will need to be able to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail and have a strong awareness of confidentiality relating to personal information.
