Responsibilities



Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and our own internal applications Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Support invoicing and billing processes through our internal software Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail Maintain organised records of documents and communications to ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications



Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy and speed Knowledge of Zero or similar accounting software is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette Experience in data entry and clerical work preferred Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 14,652.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
