We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support to a small, dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day operations of a well-established international charity and its trading subsidiary.
About the Role:
As the Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in providing professional and reliable administrative support to ensure both organisations operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will serve as the first point of contact for enquiries and be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including general office administration, procurement, facilities management, and coordination of health and safety procedures. You will also provide essential support in the management of investment properties and liaise regularly with professional advisers, consultants, contractors, and tenants.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in office administration or management (desirable).
Experience in facilities management would be an advantage (not essential).
Good IT skills with proficiency in standard office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Flexible, team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
