A I Joinery are recruiting for an Admin Assistant / PA in the North East to join our family business.
Hours of work between 8 and 10 per week (depending on volume of work) can be flexible days / times and work what hours suit best
Duties include but not limited to:
Managing and updating excel spreadsheets daily
Payroll / accounting
Subcontractor invoices
Client invoices
Booking workers accommodation
Accreditations / SSIP / health and safety
Insurance renewals
Ensuring workers citations are up to date
Liaising with colleges for apprentices
Data entry
Email monitoring / dealing with enquires
Assisting with RAMS ( risk assessments and method statements site specific)
general admin / office duties
Applicants must be attentive, reliable, hardworking and flexible. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail, quick learner, good computer skills and hard working.

Candidates applying must have computer experience, excel experience, have good time management, experience with sage and be preferably be familiar with the construction industry

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From 15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
