About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant -

Personal Assistant to Director

to join our team. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly -- supporting management, coordinating day-to-day admin tasks, and helping ensure the office (or virtual workspace) is efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to management and team members. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents. Maintain filing systems (digital and physical). Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally. Support basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or expense tracking (if applicable). Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or travel arrangements. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.

About You



Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident using MS Office and general office software. A proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude. Previous admin or assistant experience preferred (but not always required). High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
