Are you highly organised, technically savvy, and ready to support high quality teaching?



We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Reprographics Administrator to join our busy support team. This vital role ensures our teachers and staff have the high-quality materials they need, exactly when they need them, keeping the school running smoothly.

If you enjoy working in a team environment, managing a dynamic workload and are confident with high-volume printing machinery and stock management, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:



Managing the full reprographics service for the school, prioritising and fulfilling all printing, copying and binding requests Operating, maintaining and troubleshooting professional digital printers and finishing equipment Managing stock (paper, toner, etc.) and liaising with external suppliers for best value Providing essential support to our Learner Reception team dealing with Medical and Attendance

What you'll bring:



Proven experience in a busy reprographics or printing environment Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment A flexible, friendly and adaptable attitude with strong communication skills The ability to manage the challenges that come with working with young people with patience and a smile A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children A willingness to go the extra mile and step in where needed.

Whilst we are ideally looking for an experienced administrator with previous reprographics experience, we are willing to provide training to the right person.
