Administration Assistant/receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic person for the office rental company admin position with reception services.

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE:

You will need to answer the calls and deal with enquiries.

You will also be the first point of contact for all the licensees and visitors to the building. Therefore, you will be in charge of maintaining a good relationship with them and being responsive to all their queries.

The position is based in our business center in Fulham.

The working hours are 8 hours a day.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS :

-previous experience not required

-must be computer literate (especially Excel and Word)

-must have a positive attitude and ability to be pro-active

-must be fluent in English

-must be well organised

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
