Job Description

This role requires a self motivated and proactive individual who can think on their feet, prioritise and be flexible. They will be responsible for and committed to providing outstanding levels of customer service.

Working days

: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, 9am to 5pm.

The role involves tasks including:



Processing daily orders promptly and accurately (customer file management, stock pick and pack)

Website management - order system, product updates, stock updates.

Invoicing orders

Customer communication - answering telephone and responding to customer emails, ensuring a high standard of knowledgeable, friendly & efficient service is provided.

Use of despatch services.

Taking and processing customer payments.

Updating and maintaining office records.

Assistance with accounting - purchase invoices, cash book, commission reports, website reports

Assistance with stock deliveries and warehouse management.

Assistance with customer management communication.

Post office run when required.

Use of a foil machine to personalise customer packaging.

Assistance in keeping office clean and tidy.

Key holder duties.

Key skills and attributes:



Extremely competent with Microsoft Office - predominantly Outlook, Excel and Word

Highly efficient and competent computer skills

Experience of using an accounting package (not essential if confident with computers).

Experience with providing exceptional customer service.

Approachable and helpful manner.

Ability to work at speed in a busy environment and towards daily time deadlines.

Strong and confident oral and written English communication.

Ability to work independently but also as a team player.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

The ability to multi task, be pro-active and have an excellent work ethic.

Ability to operate a manual and intricately detailed foil machine with small and fiddly parts.

Required licence or certification:



Drivers licence.
This is a 3 day a week position at 13.20 p/h, with the potential of extra hours at busy periods. We offer a pension, an annual performance related bonus and 16 days holiday for a 3 day week.
