Administration Officer
Location:
Aberystwyth with travel to Cardigan as and when needed.
Salary:
19,734 - 20,046 per annum (FTE), depending on experience
30 Hours per week
WWDAS is hiring a new Administration Officer.
We're looking for someone with a strong feminist perspective and belief in survivors' voices.
This role provides confidential support to the CEO and management team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
You will be developing with the senior management team annual impact & evaluation reports for funders and stakeholders.
You will be analysing of the statistics of the organisation for funding applications and as part of funding returns.
You will have experience of monitoring and evaluation, working with multiple agencies and organisations and excellent organisation & customer service skills.
The role includes general office duties and responsibilities including health and safety checks.
WWDAS places the needs of service users at the heart of everything it does and this is reflected throughout the organisation and its relationships with others.
The ability to speak and write Welsh is desirable for this role, but not essential.
