We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Antrim as a full-time Administration Officer.
Our client is Northern Ireland's Leading Public Sector Employer.
Pay Rate: 13.75 per hour

Hybrid working will be offered after 4 weeks once fully trained - 3 days working from home and 2 days required in the office
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Job Duties:
Monitor generic mailbox and hunt group calls.
Course maintenance for Apprenticeships/Work Based Agriculture and Horticulture:

Build curriculum, timetables and registers
Enrol Students on Class / Modules
Register with Awarding body
Claim certificates
Issue certificates
Archiving historic student files
Assist with Graduation Events
Enrolment of new students
Student Destination Survey
Processing applications and arranging interviews
Processing offers based on GSCE results.
Running reports and using Microsoft excel for monitoring purposes.
Maintaining student records on various systems, Content Manager, REMs (CAFRE) and TAMs (City & Guilds) and Learning Assist.
