We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, both in English and Turkish, as well as proficiency in various software applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and possess strong customer service skills.
Duties
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars using Outlook.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Word and Excel.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
Organise files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Support various projects as required by management.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures is beneficial.
