An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Officer to join our team at Turner Aviation.
Our busy office deals with all Customer requirements including:
Processing Repair Orders
Producing Job Packages
Preparing Customer Quotations & Pricing
Processing Sales & Purchase Invoices
Dealing with Customer enquiries over email and telephone
Processing customs clearance from our Overseas Customers
The role would suit a confident individual who is willing to work hard in a fast paced environment. We need a quick learner who has good attention to detail.
The successful candidate will:
Be a college leaver with an Administrative qualification or have experience in a busy office environment working with a variety of business systems & databases
Be PC Literate with good typing skills
Have a confident telephone manner
Monday to Thursday work hours set between 07.35 - 16.25 with a 13.00 finish on Fridays: 38.75 hours per week.
Starting salary of 13.24 per hour (negotiable dependant on skills and experience) with opportunity for advancement.
