Administrative Officer
Duties:
- Answering calls, dealing with queries or enquiries from customers, liaising with outside companies and the general public.
- Greeting any visitors or members of staff and directing them to the appropriate person/department
- General administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Schedule and manage engineers and the jobs that they are required to attend
- Liaising with mobile members of staff
- General ad hoc administrative duties and provide general support to office staff and managers
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
- Being able to work under pressure in a high fast paced working environment
- Proficient in Outlook/ Office 365
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
We are looking for an office administrator to assist with the following tasks.
Data input and scheduling of jobs
Administrative tasks
Dealing with emails and Phone calls
Other Adhoc duties
Full training will be given. Ideal for someone looking for their first office role with aspirations to progress.
A driving licence is not required for this role however due to semi remote location it is preferable as transport links are minimal and this job role cannot be completed remotely. There is a possibility of a move to Meopham area in the near future
Please note this Job CANNOT be completed remotely. All staff are required to work in the office based in Maidstone ME14 3EH (Possible move to Meopham area in 2024)
