Typical job duties -
check production data and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
gather completed quality records, check for accuracy, and store
update product recipes, communicate and store (Microsoft Excel)
update product specifications, communicate and store (Microsoft Excel)
print blank quality/production documents and circulate internally
attend weekly management meeting, record minutes and circulate internally
update daily/weekly reports and circulating internally
stock counting
purchase raw materials (Microsoft Excel and Outlook to email suppliers)
check accuracy of goods in paperwork
communicate with suppliers (email and telephone)
note taker at internal meetings (Microsoft Word)
create internal memos (Microsoft Word) and circulate internally
other general administration duties
Onsite training is provided.
