The successful candidate's duties will include:
Covering Reception to include receiving and making telephone calls, recording and passing on accurate messages, greeting clients in the office demonstrating good client care skills.
Undertaking Conveyancing admin tasks set by senior members of staff, to include creating new Conveyancing files both on a Case Management system and the physical file, preparing forms, letters and other documentation, update clients and third parties via email or over the telephone.
Arranging appointments and diary management
Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
Research information where necessary
Filing and archiving of documents and files
Dealing with confidential information
Assist in the running of in-house projects
Deal with both incoming and outgoing post
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other employees
Other administrative tasks as directed
It is essential you have experience working in an office environment previously and any property experience would be beneficial.
You must have 5 GCSE grades A to C or equivalent, specifically Math and English. You must be reliable, have good communications skills, a caring nature and that you are able to work as part of a team in order to assist with the smooth running of the practice.
Hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
This position will start at National Living Wage.
