Ashley Gardens Care Home is looking for full-time Personal Assistant to Manager
HOURS: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri
Assisit the Manager to manage a busy office (Some job duties will include but are not limited to):
Deal with incoming phone calls, emails, postal mail and fact to face enquiry
Provide accurate information in-person/via phone/email
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Maintain various records and logs, accurately and promptly
Perform other duties as assigned
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Good efficient Customer service attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23,000.00-24,000.00 per year
