You will work closely with management and support the smooth running of the office and finance administration.

, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
Answer and manage phone calls professionally
Prepare, complete, and organise forms and documents
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
Monitor office supplies
Assist with travel and accommodation bookings
Support general office administration tasks
Accounts & Finance Support
Update and maintain internal Excel spreadsheets and trackers
Cross-check invoices, delivery notes, and financial documents when required
Assist with credit and debit control activities
Reconcile expenses and receipts
Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Compliance (Health & Safety)
Maintain Health & Safety documentation and records
Track training, inspections, and compliance dates
Ensure records are kept accurate and up to date
Skills & Experience
Essential
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Desirable
Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role
Knowledge of QuickBooks
Bookkeeping experience
Experience with Health & Safety or compliance administration
