Summary
We are seeking an Administrative and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Redi Plastics Ltd, based at our newly opened Crosshands branch. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes, contributing to our commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using Orderwise and Salesforce, as well as other computer programmes.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative and sales assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English and Welsh.
Familiarity with a variety computer systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
