Job Description


Craigavon TV Service Centre Limited repairs televisions on behalf of all major manufacturers, including Sony, Panasonic, LG and Samsung; and retailers throughout all of Ireland including Currys, Argos, DID Electrical and Harvey Norman. We also carry out repairs in Merseyside (including Liverpool), Cheshire and north Wales from our Ellesmere Port site. We have a vacancy for an admin assistant in Lurgan. The successful applicant must be flexible as roles can and do change. This role will mainly involve arranging home repair visits with customers via phone, email and SMS so a high degree of customer service and accuracy are required. Roles can include efficiently helping customers on the phone or by email; spare parts orders; spare parts arriving into the business; spare parts returns back to manufacturers; fault triage; accurately updating systems; and any other roles as required by the business. Training will be provided. Skills and qualifications will include:
