Administration Support Assistant
to join our collaborative and friendly team.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a vital part of our team, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our legal office by supporting case handlers, lawyers, and management with key administrative tasks. Your duties will include:
Handling incoming post and emails, scanning to case management systems
Taking and directing calls, and resolving general queries
Liaising with courts, clients, medical experts and third parties
Managing stationery, booking meeting rooms, preparing refreshments
Assisting with invoice processing, file preparation, data reports, and court bundles
Booking medical appointments and barristers
Running occasional errands to support internal departments
What You Bring:
Proven admin experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting
Confident with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
