We acquired the business of RGM Solicitors and Estate Agents who are based in Grangemouth and Linlithgow in 2022. Job title: Administration Assistant Location: Grangemouth Full time - Salary negotiable depending on experience. Due to growth in our business PACITTI JONES are looking for a full time Administration Assistant to work primarily in our busy Grangemouth office assisting our Grangemouth, Linlithgow and Stirling legal and estate agency teams. Role Description Your duties would include: \xc2\xb7 Answering the telephone, transferring calls and taking messages. \xc2\xb7 Assisting clients with completion of documentation. \xc2\xb7 Organising storage of legal documents and retrieving these documents. \xc2\xb7 Assisting branch manager and legal staff with other ad hoc general administration activities. Previous experience in relation to the above would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. You would report direct to the Grangemouth Branch Manager. There may be requirements to provide cover at our Linlithgow and Stirling branches at times, so the candidate must be willing to be able to travel to these branches.
