Hains & Lewis is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible providing administrative support in the family department based at the Haverfordwest office. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Print, forward and save e-mails together with enclosures to the case management system.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, faxing, etc., as assigned.
Scan documents into document management system and organise into different folders/file areas.
Maintain the stationary and order items as required
Ensure office is kept clean and organised at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Telephone receptionist cover when needed
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Attention to detail required; Knowledge of office equipment required (e.g.,telephone/ photocopier); Ability to multi-task/switching between different computer programs simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Salary commensurate with experience
