As an Administrative Assistant with a focus on HMRC liaison and business operations at Kyzen Sports Accountancy Firm, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth interactions with both clients and government authorities. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
-Client Interaction and HMRC Interaction: Serve as a liaison between clients and HMRC, ensuring timely and accurate communication and document submission.
-Business Operations: Assist in various business operations tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
-Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with general inquiries.
-Document Management: Organize and maintain client documents, records, and tax-related files.

-Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, preparing documents, and assisting with office tasks as needed.
-Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal team members.

-Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
-Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
