FS Drainage Services have an opportunity for an Administrator Assistant to join our team in Waltham Forest, London.
We are looking for a motivated, highly organised and personable individual to assist our team with a range of operations activities.
Working knowledge of the drainage/plumbing industry or involvement in a trade-based organisation would be highly desirable.
Principle Responsibilities
Act as a point of contact throughout the customer journey from enquiry, through to booking and job completion
Assistance and handling of customer queries, requests, emails and calls.
Manage and dispatch responsive and pre-planned work to our team of engineers using our job management system. Liaising with our engineers to get progress updates through the day and assist them with any requests
Producing invoices and preparing quotes. Will involve financial admin responsibilities such as taking and chasing payments
Undertaking day to day operations activities
Competency: Skills / Qualifications
Excellent standard of computer literacy and administration skills
Efficient and confident telephone call handling
Proven experience and ability to plan/organise/dispatch workloads
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Experience within a drainage/plumbing or trade-based organisation
Attention to detail
Details
Salary: 22,000.00 to 26,000.00 per annum
Full Time - 8:00AM - 5:00PM or 10:00AM - 7:00PM
28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays
