EPAM is looking for an

Administrative Assistant

to provide efficient and professional administrative support to our growing

Consumer & Services Business Unit

. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will manage various administrative tasks to support team operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities



Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling meetings and balancing priorities effectively Coordinate travel, including flights, accommodations and itineraries Create and reconcile expense reports in line with company policies Support onboarding processes to ensure new joiners integrate smoothly Serve as a liaison between office professionals and other departments Organize and support team events, meetings and conferences Prepare and update HR and administrative reports as required Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs and team-building activities Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows

Requirements



Degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus Proficient in diary management, scheduling and expense reconciliation Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Proactive, flexible and able to handle priorities in a dynamic environment Friendly, collaborative and able to build strong relationships Independent worker with a commitment to high-quality output Resilient, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
