We are continuing to grow and now require a well-organised Administrator to support our day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will play an important part in keeping our processes accurate and on track. You will handle calls, update records, support the wider team, and manage a range of administrative duties that help keep the business moving.
This position suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers, drivers and partners.
Input and update job details accurately within our internal systems.
Carry out general administrative tasks including filing, scanning and record maintenance.
Liaise with garages, organisations and customers to assist with case progression.
Monitor workloads and prioritise daily tasks to meet deadlines.
Support management with reports, spreadsheets and other administrative tasks as required.
About You
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
Quick learner with the ability to pick up systems and processes efficiently.
Able to manage workload independently and complete tasks to a high standard.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Professional, dependable and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
Works well in a team and contributes positively to the office environment.
Desirable Experience
Previous administration experience within transport, logistics, recovery or automotive sectors is helpful but not essential.

This role is subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
Six-month probationary period applies.
