We are searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant

Based out of our Manchester office, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual to make a real difference within our Audit team and provide a high level of professional support to a busy region.
You'll make an impact by:

  • Completing administrative tasks for the wider audit region including requesting, collating and chasing bank letter responses and utilising online platforms and liaising with clients
  • Assisting with the writing of proposals and presentations, and updating the firms CRM systems
  • Booking travel and accommodation for members of the department
  • Providing ad-hoc diary management and secretarial support for members of the wider team
  • Assisting and administrating projects as required

  • Proven secretarial / administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
