Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin and Referral Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to the charity and manage the referral process to ensure our services reach those who need them. You will work closely with the CEO, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that community members receive timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage referrals from partner organizations, ensuring efficient delivery of resources such as food and school uniforms.
Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing documents.
Maintain and update our data systems with accurate records of referrals, donations, and deliveries.
Coordinate with donors, partners, and community members to facilitate the collection of donations and the delivery of resources.
Support the CEO with day-to-day operations, including preparing reports and communications.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data related to community support.
