Job Description
Rowsell Roofing Ltd is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Yeovil, limited to a period of 9 months to cover maternity leave. The post will be 3-4 days a week, with specific hours negotiable.
Responsibilities to include:
Answer and handle customer enquiries and other telephone communications with professionalism Input purchase invoices and manage supplier accounts Create and maintain various company documentation including contract files, personnel files etc. General administrative support tasks e.g. handling outgoing and incoming mail, suitably maintain filing, stock check and stationary orders etc. Provide support to the payroll processor by completing timesheet checks and vehicle tracker record comparisons. Complete ad-hoc tasks and provide additional assistance when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using Sage accounting software advantageous, but not required Attention to detail Good time management and an organised approach to your workload Able to develop and maintain good working relationships Self-motivated and reliable GCSE Grades A-C in English and Maths or equivalent (Grade 9-5).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
