Administrative Assistant - Supply Chain

Based in Milton Keynes
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in administrative support? Join our dynamic supply chain team as an Administrative Assistant and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:

  • Process and manage purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Excel to maintain procurement records
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including note-taking, reporting, and document management
What We're Looking For:
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables, pivot tables)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
