We are a growing Mechanical & Electrical Contractor seeking a full-time, highly organised Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a professional, efficient, and friendly approach, providing vital administrative support across the business.
About the Role:
To succeed in this position, you must be exceptionally organised, able to prioritise your workload, and comfortable supporting a busy and dynamic team. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the team
Managing correspondence via phone and email with a strong focus on customer service
Maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and assisting with document preparation
Person Specification:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent telephone manner and understanding of good customer service
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Minimum 1 year of experience in a team-based administrative role
