Office administrator required to work in a family run Administration Company - f
ull time 37.5 hours per week over 5 full days 9-5.30pm Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday , Wednesday 10.30am - 7pm on a 12 month temporary contract to start immediately with a view to becoming permanent.
Or would consider 2 part timers - 22.5 hours each per week as a job share
Pay is dependant on age
A possibility of becoming a permanent role, as our company is growing. You will be required to work in the office. Must be flexible as you may be required to stay late by half an hour or so when we are busy
Applicants do not need experience but a good telephone manner is a bonus. Ideally computer literate with experience in Word and Excel, with good people skills.

You will be supporting the day to day activities of the Team and will proactively manage a high number of tasks which will involve a great deal of multitasking. You will support the wider team, ensuring the day to day operation is running smoothly whilst delivering excellent customer service. An excellent telephone manner and ability to work well with others is essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly.
Principal Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
Sending outgoing documentation to all relevant parties in a timely manner, via email
Handling queries on ongoing valuations and ensure they are dealt with promptly and effectively.
Liaising with clients, to assist in a smooth process.
Chasing documents / appointments, foreseeing any potential issues which may arise to avoid delays.
Have basic computer skills - we will teach you what is needed on our database
Updating all parties and managing the process in a timely and efficient manner
Update the company's Excel system with all relevant information and ensure that it is always kept updated
Taking and passing on messages to other team members
