Work closely with Store Management to advertise vacancies both internally and externally.
Review incoming CVs from job postings and local applicants, and discuss suitable candidates with the relevant ASM or Store Manager.
Contact applicants to assess their suitability for open roles.
Coordinate and schedule assessment centres and interviews.
Support the delivery of assessment centres.
Arrange and conduct inductions and oversee the onboarding process for new starters.
Complete all necessary identification and right-to-work checks.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and issue employment contracts for new employees.
Personnel Administration
Support management with AWOL procedures.
Assist with note-taking during meetings, including disciplinary and grievance hearings.
Conduct exit interviews in partnership with management.
Compliance
Assist ASMs in completing required due diligence documentation.
Report any missed checks or compliance concerns to the Store Manager.
Carry out internal audits as instructed by the Business Support team.
Additional Duties
Upload and update content on the internal Wing Yip intranet (WIP).
Place supplier orders when requested.
Support the creation and display of point-of-sale advertising materials.
Obtain and follow up on quotes for in-store works.
Ensure all store posters are kept up-to-date and properly displayed.
