Join our team as an Administrative Assistant (Regional Housing Services)
Are you organised, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Housing Team in providing efficient, high-quality services to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, responding to enquiries and providing effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, ensuring documentation meets legal and organisational standards.
Support core housing services including property allocations, rent arrears management, and anti-social behaviour reporting.
Produce and distribute customer correspondence, update systems, and create tasks for housing officers and managers.
Assist with team coordination, including booking meetings and managing diaries.
Process orders and invoices using the organisation's finance system.
Ensure safeguarding concerns are reported appropriately and health and safety issues are flagged and shared.
Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Confident using digital tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
A collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
Commitment to inclusive practices and customer-focused service.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is essential.
