We are a small accountancy firm seeking a dedicated Polish-speaking Administrative Assistant for a full-time role. This position involves a significant amount of interpreting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction and helping people communicate effectively.
About the Role:
You will be supporting our team with general administrative duties and interpreting on a daily basis, mainly for Polish-speaking clients who require assistance during meetings, phone calls, and document explanations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regular interpreting between English and Polish for clients and staff Assisting with phone calls, meetings, and translating documentation General administrative support (filing, emails, data entry) Helping with day-to-day office tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) Strong English language skills Prior experience in interpreting is highly beneficial Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Excellent communication and organisational skills Friendly attitude and willingness to learn Familiarity with social media or digital tools is a plus
