We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. Experience in a healthcare environment would be advantageous. Duties
Greeting visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answering phone calls with proper etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Organising appointments, meetings, and maintaining schedules using digital calendars
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office programmes
Assisting with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record keeping using Xero
Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
Supporting team members with clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Qualifications
Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional manner
Attention to detail and high level of organisation are essential for success in this role
