Administrative Assistant/trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor

As the administrative assistant for the site , you'll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Whether you're helping with queries, processing vehicles in and out, or keeping the workspace welcoming, your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards. With this role there will be career progression to move onto becoming a qualified vehicle damage assessor.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries
- Schedule vehicle repair appointments and update customers on progress
- Check customers vehicles in and out
- On some occasions when needed assist in the collection and delivering of vehicles
- Assist with the current qualified vehicle damage assessor.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (automotive industry preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Confident using computers and handling administrative tasks
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Interest or basic knowledge of the automotive repair industry (a plus!)

Monday to Friday No weekends
