Administration / Bookeeping Assistant to work at commodity brokerage company specialising in trading & procurement of nuts.
Duties:-
Contractual administration including contract generation, invoicing, communicating with customers to arrange documentation/deliveries/shipments/payments, input & allocation to database and ERP system, handling of customer aftercare and general document filing.
Prior use of Sage accounts for invoicing and client account management will be preferential.
Office hours are 9-5.
You will use Sage Accounts, Microsoft Office, Adobe and our ERP.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with self motivation & pro-activity is essential, whilst also necessary to be able to decipher information in order to report internally and to customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
