SALARY - 23,900 - 25k+, dependant on experience

HOURS - Full Time (37.5 hrs/week)

Role Description



This Administrative Assistant role is based in our office in Roundhay, Leeds, reporting to the Head of Operations. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support within an often fast-paced office and so we seek someone who thrives under pressure, in an interesting and sometimes challenging environment.

As Administrative Assistant you will also be responsible for managing enquiries from clients, taking calls and monitoring various channels of communication, writing correspondence and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service.

Required skills & qualifications



Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills (including proficiency in MS Office) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (written & verbal) Highly organised with diary management skills Excellent attention to detail and a focus on execution of tasks to a high standard Multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritise workloads Ensure the office is running smoothly at all times Support solicitor fee earners in optimising their billable time Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner Maintain strict confidentiality of organisational and client information
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for a candidate include experience working within the legal industry and/or dealing with medical experts, various professionals and other third parties. Some basic bookkeeping duties will also be part of the role and so interest in/experience of basic accounting duties would be useful.
