Role Overview
This part-time position (3 days per week) is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a creative flair for digital marketing. You will assist with day-to-day office tasks and help promote the business through social media and content creation.
Full training will be provided
to help you use our in-house CRM system and understand daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative support, including email management, document preparation, and data entry
Efficient use of
Microsoft Office
, especially
Outlook, Excel, and Word
Create and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Assisting with marketing campaigns and online promotions
Maintaining organised digital records and assisting with client communications
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of administrative experience
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of
social media platforms
and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
