The Graduate School




The

Graduate School

supports the experience of postgraduate research students and doctoral supervisors and runs the training programme for PhD students. The Graduate School works with academic schools/colleges and central departments to promote the interests of postgraduate research students and ensure that they have the best possible experience whilst undertaking their doctoral studies.

The Role




We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated administrator to provide administrative support for a range or processes and activities and to develop and coordinate events in the Graduate School. You will work within a team to provide excellent customer service for postgraduate research students; you will undertake administrative duties to support the delivery of a range of core activities and to ensure that service standards are met; you will also develop and coordinate research as well as social events for the Graduate School.

The Person




You must be self-motivated, proactive, organised and have proven ability to work as part of a team. You must have excellent IT and communications skills as well as the ability to communicate with a wide range of people whilst respecting a high level of confidentiality.
