We are seeking a unique individual who has the creativity and knowledge to manage our social media channels alongside the attention to detail and organisational skills to assist with the administration across 2 departments.
Suitable candidates will provide essential office support handling correspondence, purchasing materials, maintaining records and problem solving, among other tasks. An extremely high level of organisation is required for this role along with excellent communication skills. Alongside this the ideal candidate will a be responsible for managing our social media presence , pro-active in developing engaging content, and keen to enhance our brand's visibility across various platforms. This role requires an understanding of social media management and public relations to effectively communicate our message and connect with our audiences.
Duties
General office support- answering phones and email correspondence.
Processing new web orders, purchasing, booking hire vehicles and maintaining records and databases relating to these processes.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, utilise and manage content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Experience
Applicants must have had experience in an office environment, efficient IT skills and be proficient in the use of MS office software. A proven portfolio to showcase social media marketing skills is highly desirable.

The role will require full time commitment during the busy months which are generally in the summer and winter periods.
