Job Description

This role is term time, which means that the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year. Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.

St. Ninian's High School is seeking a dedicated School Administrator to play a key role in supporting the smooth, safe and welcoming day-to-day operation of the school. Working as part of a friendly and committed administrative team, you will be a first point of contact for students, staff, parents and members of the public, providing high-quality reception, clerical and operational support across the school's facilities and services.


This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of school life, from supporting learning and assessments to assisting with events, lettings and safeguarding processes. You will be organised, flexible and professional, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, equality and child protection.
