What Our Team Say

We sought feedback on working at Pager Power from our administrative team. This is what they said:

The team are friendly and supportive, we always look out for each other and help wherever we can. Being part of the team requires you to manage your workload independently and together, prioritising important/urgent work and allocating your time well. There are plenty of opportunities to help other members with tasks you maybe don't do on a day-to-day basis which is great for development within the company.

Georgia Low, Senior Business Development Officer (formerly Administrative Officer)

Pager Power carries a rare and refreshing company culture that fosters inclusion and personal development. During my time as Administrative Officer, I was given ample opportunity to help improve processes and even develop new ones. The role is fast-paced and requires careful time management, but this comes alongside pockets of time where you can get stuck into with cross-department projects and develop new skills.

Tori Harvey, Business Development Officer (formerly Administrative Officer)

Since starting at Pager Power as an Administrative Officer in 2021, I have instantly felt like part of a friendly and supportive team. I have been able to learn about all aspects of the business from a commercial perspective, as well as gaining an understanding of the technical side of the business. Professional development is actively encouraged by the company, and I have now progressed to a managerial position with the support of my colleagues.
